Through interviews with leaders, I examined how self-compassion shapes decision-making, emotional regulation, and how leaders show up with others.
As leaders navigate rapid change, increasing expectations, and ongoing uncertainty, the ability to manage internal responses becomes critical. These findings position self-compassion not only as a personal practice but as a leadership capability that influences both individual and organizational outcomes.
